Company Directory displaying Union from Jobcode Tbl, not Job Data

Hi, I am trying to use Chart and Profile Field Map to make it so the description of the union code on JOB displays in the company directory, not the description of the union that is on jobcode_tbl for the jobcode of the employee. Can you give me any advice?


I added a new field mapping id of UNION_UVM, root pkg id HRCD_COMPANY_DIRECTORY. Class path = DATA_ELEMENTS, App Class id = Job, Method = GetElement and this at least gets me the union_CD from JOB. However I can't get the description of the union. What should I do?
