Development client is slow and hanged

Hello,


After upgrade from 9.2.2.4 to 9.2.5.5, our developers complain about the slowness in opening objects specially forms and when save any changes on the forms it take long time.

We didn't install new E1local DB after upgrade, we just install Visual studio 2017 and supported Java and Weblogic server then install the new full package which is built after the upgrade.

Is there any problem with old E1local DB? or the reason is something else?
