Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Are we able to manage Back Orders by product?

If so, what is the process/program?

Example: if I have a PO of 2000 boxes

BUT I receive only 1500 boxes

Is there a way to manage the 500 boxes that are missing?
