How can we reclaim space after deletion in table which has huge size

I have tried to delete rows from a table which is 240 GB of size. Almost 5 GB of data is deleted, but DB space is not reclaimed. Have performed Table movement online. but the same is taking long time and generating huge amount of database.

Is there anyway that we can reclaim space without much time and stopping archivelog generation during table movement online
