Leave Plan Setup Table - Pay In Lieu of Time Off Checkbox for version 9.2
Good Morning----
I have a question and hopefully someone has some information. We are on version 9.2 and on the Leave Plan Setup Table there is a delivered checkbox entitled "Pay In Lieu of Time Off" under the Manual Accrual Processing section.
We have some California Leave Plans that allow our employees to have a sick plan and pay in lieu at the same time and this checkbox has potential depending on its intended use. I checked PeopleBooks and the Oracle website and can only find that the Manual Accrual processing section which includes the checkbox states "The values that you enter here are for reference only; they do not affect leave accrual processing in any way."
