Update OMSPatcher without shutting down OMS Server for NZDT Patching

We are trying to do the NZDT outage of the OMS Server. We are patching from 13.5RU04->13.5RU08.

Prior to us running "omspatcher analyze", we need to first update the version of OMSPatcher from 13.9.5.2.0->13.9.5.6.0.

According to the document "13.5: How To Upgrade Enterprise Manager 13.5 Cloud Control OMSPatcher Utility to the Latest Version (Doc ID 2809842.1)", in step 3, we are supposed to rename the current directory to something like OMSPatcher_old.

In our environment, which is on windows, there is a lock on this directory held by the OMS server java process. It looks like the only approach that we can take is to shutdown the OMS server, which defeats the purpose of NZDT.
