Cannot find Windows Performance Toolkit folder when i select the default options of SDK(10.0.15063.0

While installing the VS 2017 with the options given in doc Using Visual Studio 2017 with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (Doc ID 2459242.1) I select the SDK as given in the doc but I cannot see the Windows Performance Toolkit folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\

I have installed the 2017 redistributables and i have installed fresh deployment server with 9.2.6.3 tools on Windows 2019.

Can you please let me know whether i need to install any other SDK to get the Windows Performance Toolkit folder.
