Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

I am not able to understand the exact function of skill search under personal brand when searching through line manager.

If I am putting Skill as Java, then also I am getting lot of employees in the search list.

If not, then also getting the employees who are not having Java as their Skill
