Make the "message/body" field for questions mandatory

When asking a question, the body/message of the question MUST be mandatory. Some users, mainly new users, don't understand what that big textarea is for. They enter a few words sentence in the "Question" field (which is the title), not writing anything in the message/body field.

The result is useless questions because they make no sense.

Both fields, title and message/body, MUST be mandatory when writing a question. This will force users to make a minimum effort in writing a proper question.

If users don't spend more than 10 seconds writing a question, why would somebody spend minutes in replying?
