Do we have any standard JDE module which help to fulfill collection service process

we have client where they have waste collection process . where they provide the service to schedule and collection the waste , dispose and weighbridge etc. they also need to schedule the same services for one customer on weekly , monthly basis . and each service release , one sale order or work order to be generated for invoicing purpose.

So do we have alternate existing JDE module which is available to fulfill such requirement.
