Product :Siebel IP 21.12. | Issue with Promotion's Component's product attributes

Hi,

We are using siebel IP21.12 . We have an Business Service which populated the Attribute values of the component product's Product.

This Attribute is not loading in the order line item when the promotion is loaded. However when the same attribute is added manually in the promotion. It loads in the Order Line item.

Is there any process triggered when the attribute is added by the user from the UI.

If that is the case we will invoke the same process so that the attributes get loaded in the Order line items.
