Workflow Mailer IMAP Server
Can any expert explain or share the technical material of how the EBS Workflow Mailer's IMAP function to manage and process the replied Request for Action emails, since I have been monitoring the specific mail box of the IMAP server, I found mostly it will process the received invoice approval email within 1 minute but somethings in some special cases it will has delay to process and leave the email in the in the inbox for more than 30 minutes
