what are the best practices for migrating from an Oracle RAC 12c to Version 19c for Linux..??

Hi MOSC,


At the end of Oracle 12c Version Support I am in the stage of looking for the best strategy or way to migrate my Database, I currently have an Oracle RAC 12c. 12.2.0.2 which I want to migrate to Version 19c 19.3.
