Illinois State Tax Levy Not Deducting

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

We have a state tax levy for Illinois and it will not deduct. We entered the IL jurisdiction code, the total owed, date served, attachment number and payee. Did a quick pay to verify it would come out, but it will not. Changed the jurisdiction code to IA and it does calculate. Employee gross pay 1462.40, tax deductions 242.08. Any idea of what to do next to get it to deduct? Or any known issues?
