OPatch failed with error code 2

Hi Team,

Please help me to understand below concept:

I was applying July DB patch on oracle 19c, but it hanged and couldnt successful.

However, when I ran below command from two different places, got different output:

opatch prereq CheckConflictAgainstOHWithDetail -ph ./
