how to fix ERROR! Unable to locate configuration file for tnt . when fix dont work note 2867907.1

I'm uinsg windows 2019 server, with tfa 22.2.2.

oracle db 19.14 se2 on local host


When i try to run analyze command I get:

tfactl analyze –last 1d

ERROR! Unable to locate configuration file for tnt at E:\oracle\tfa\oracle.ahf\tfa\ext\tnt\bin\tnt line 741

I found this error and fix from oracle note 2867907.1

When I try it, I get invalid argument:

tfactl createtntprop

Invalid arguments: createtntprop
