Running project planning without implementing PJM

We have the below requirement:

There exist multiple business lines and the supplies and demands should be hard-pegged (no cross-pegging across business lines). We do not currently have a project manufacturing license.

We propose to use the data cleanse feature on the planning side to update the project number on the collected supplies and demands, and update the organization as a project-enabled.

The plan options "Reservation Level" and "Hard Pegging level" will be setup as "Project" so that cross pegging does not happen in planning. Upon release, the recommendations will be populated with a business line identifier so that the DFF on the document will be available in EBS instance for references.
