No shopping category found after create new PO Category

I try to use iProcurement and setup Item Catalog. The step to do as below

1. Set Profile Option POR: Autocreate Shopping Category and Mapping and POR: Auto Load Shopping Categories to Yes.
2. Create Item Category
3. Go to iProcurement Catalog Administration Responsibility and go to Schema and Category Mapping. I see Purchasing Category with not mapping status but I when I select map, there is no Shopping Category for mapping.

All existing Purchasing category found but no shopping category not found in iProcurement Catalog Administration even I try to update Category description in Category Codes setup screen in Core Purchasing
