Has anyone tried re-enabling the "Save and Close" button on WFC worksheet?

in Compensation and Benefits - EBS (MOSC) Question

I have tried adding a rule via HCM design studio to enable Save and close, it does not seem to work. Any thoughts or experience with this will be much appreciated.
