How to setup multiple planners so that all of them get SO change notification

Hi Experts- How can we setup multiple planners so that all of them can get SO change notification for a particular sales order. For eg: if a sales order line gets cancelled, how can it trigger FYI WF notification to 3 planners. How can we achieve this? Please let us know. We are on 12.2.6 version.
