Need URL of My Assignment tab tasks to Accept and Decline the tasks via custom PX in Agile PLM

in Agile (MOSC) Question

We are trying to build the PX, to provide option to user from Tools Menu of task to accept/decline the delegated ownership of the tasks. We are looking for generic URL of Accept/Decline tasks.
