Unable to view the additional attribute added to Item template in New Item Request

Hi,

I am unable to view the additional attribute added to ICC in New Item Request page after selecting the ICC. Following are the steps performed.

  1. Value Set was defined
  2. Attribute is defined and attached the value set to the attribute
  3. Added the attribute to existing attribute group
  4. Searched the respective ICC say 'XYZ', navigated to templates within 'XYZ' ICC, and further navigated to default template in templates section of ICC 'XYZ'. Note that New Item Request is setup for this ICC already.
  5. Added new attribute and checked 'Enabled' checkbox
  6. Finally published the value set, attribute group and ICC.
  7. Navigated to New Item Request, selected ICC ' XYZ' and clicked on continue.
