Issue with collecting Diagnostic Data using AHF

I just Installed AHF and am trying to collect data for SR.

cd /export/home/oracle/AHF/oracle.ahf/tfa/bin

./tfactl

tfactl>diagcollect -srdc gg_abend

Enter the Database Name [Required for this SRDC] : DB01

Database DB01 was not found.

Enter the Database Name [Required for this SRDC] :

 Please run "tfactl rediscover -mode full" as the TFA Administrator and retry the collection.

Maximum number of attempts has been reached. Exiting...

I tried to run these commands as Oracle and as Root. Nothing seems to work.

Who is the TFA Admin. How to we get this to work.
