Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Regarding SDO_GEOM.SDO_AREA Fails With An ORA-21779 After 19.16.0.0.220719DBRU (Doc ID 2889251.1)

It says in the Doc ID 2889251.1 article that the bug is fixed in Oracle 23c, but that there may be backports for to earlier versions/platforms

How can I see if such backports exist?
