In OEM 13.5 I have setup thresholds for a given metric ( CPU in I/O wait % )

The graph was and still is empty

The high/low actual values are not filled in

In the active Metrics overview page I indeed do not see that this Metric is active yet. So, it's not collecting any information yet. When setting thresholds, shouldn't a Metric become active ?
