RRP - Work Center Efficiency not updating the correct month

We are running Resource Requirements Planning, when we update the Work Center Efficiency for a month, run the R3380, then review the Work Center Load it updates the Rated Profile for the following month. See attached document for details. Has anybody else seen this? or any ideas on a configuration that may not be correct? Thanks! Sam
