Issue with client not finding the credential in the cache(CC file) - Kerberos authentication

DB: 19.2 version

Oracle RAC: 4 nodes

I was told that I am having Issue with client not finding the credential in the cache(CC file). I would I find the root cause and how would I fix this issue?

**** My sqlnet.ora file
