Performance issue with Statement Generation Program

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

Hi there,

Statement Generation Program completes in 4 minutes either for one or a Range of Customer Accounts, which is a long period of time. I believe there is a performance issue with the report.

If anyone using Statements could let me kindly know how long it takes for them to run an AR Statement for one customer.

Any ideas, knowledge transfer is highly appreciated!
