Is it possible to force the user to create a Baseline in P6 from the Unifier Business Process?

Hi Team,

We have a requirement in Primavera Unifier to force the user to create a new Baseline in Primavera P6 to make sure the project schedule is following the project plan in the Unifier Business Process.

Any suggestions for this requirement?
