IB Instance not created after product shipment

Hi,

Iam working in R12.2.8 version and for items which IB trackable are not creating IB instance after shipment.

I could see records getting created in csi_transactions_interface with process_status as 'PC' even though program 'Interface Install base Lines' is not scheduled.

Please let me know if you faced any such issue. Any pointers will be appreciated.
