WebCenter Admin Applet launch is failing repeatedly

Hi,

WebCenter Admin applet launch is failing repeatedly while launching it from browser (Chrome). It works sometimes....but fails most of the time.

The error that I get whenever I run the applets from browser is-

apUnableToStartApplication(UserAdmin) apFailedToIntialize*

*syFailedToReceiveResponseFromServer syUnableToParseResultSet(LocaleStrings)

. Is there any permanent fix for this? This creates a lot of issues in day to day activities.

WCC Version- 12.2.1.3

JDK of server: 1.8.201

JDK of local machine from where i try to access: 1.8.301
