Oracle database 19C x64 installation on Microsoft Windows Server 2022

I want to install an Oracle 19C x64 database on a Windows 2022 server.

I'm slightly intrigued because the installation guide states that Windows Server 2022 requires Oracle 19.13

Is the Oracle 19.3.0.0.0 I downloaded directly compatible with Windows Server 2022?

In other words, is version 19.3 later than version 19.13 required for Windows Server 2022?

If not, which patch should be applied after installing 19C 3.0.0.0 x64 on Windows Server 2022?
