Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. E1 - In process ST-OT, how do I cancel an OT?

ST has a Next status of 540.

Means that the PickSlip was not printed and then Ship confirm was not done.

There was a cycle count at the Origin.

What can I do to have the ST closed properly? (I know I have to cancel the OT but I do not know how).
