Question on R04110ZA stops if any record throws an error

As per Doc ID 1321249.1.

Bug 16827851 was implemented to stop R04110ZA if any record throws an error. The reason behind this fix is that if the first record in a batch contained an error and the remaining records were fine, errors were thrown for all of records and isolating the error became time consuming. In order to avoid confusion, it was decided to stop the processing for the entire batch if one record was stuck in error.

Want to under the expected behaviour with below example:

If there are 3 EDI batches. EDI Batch# 001, Batch# 002, Batch# 003, all with EDSP = '0'
