R04701 AP to GL Batch Integrity Identifies Blank RPATAD Amt To Distribute

This issue occurs during a world A9.4 upgrade to E1 9.2 Rel 22

R04701 has Identified 10503 Batches that do not have a corresponding RPATAD to the RPAG in the F0411. The affected records cover several years and the issue is also occurring in current test data.

  1. What are possible causes of this
  2. Batches with Issues are for batch types # & V
  3. Occurs in years from 1993 to a Batch entered a week ago but the majority of batches after the latest data refresh
  4. There is a mix of Standard vouchers as well as PO matching
  5. Is there a standard update that can be run to correct this or is a SQL the only option
