Discount Modifiers on a sales order.

Good Morning,

Is it possible for a Discount Modifiers on a sales order to be triggered and not change the total order amount?

For example:

Sales Order with amount 87.811,24, with price list for item 86,77.

A modifier applied with type Discount 5,35. After applying the modifier, the list price value was 81.42 with amount 82.397,04.

Is it possible to apply the discount modifier without changing the total order amount?
