SR Creation - Possible to Report Oracle DB Instance Outage w/o ORA- Error Code?
Dear Oracle Support,
One of my users reported an outage with one of their Oracle db instances. When I pressed the user for details of the outage, i.e. error(s) thrown and logged in the Alert log there were none to be found other than a VTKM time drift error message. After this error occurred the instance spontaneously restarted. Would it be possible to create a new SR for an error if there's no ORA-error code to report?
Please advise.
Involves Oracle database server Enterprise Edition
db version - 19.8.0.0.0
P.S. - instance does have ORA-00600 errors in alert log from time to time. But none occurred within a week of the reported outage (neither before nor afterwards).
