Buyer Assignment Rule

Hi All,


This is related to Fusion Cloud. The buyer assignment Rules in the Procurement is applied at the PR creation or the PR status changes to approved?


Ex: If we create a PR and submit for approvals and while the PR is in Progress, if we change the Buyer assignment rule applicable to this PR, will the changes be applicable once the PR is approved or we need to create a new PR for the updated rule to be applicable?
