Bill of material api to commonize to other orgs

Hi, we are loading legacy data to ebs and loaded bills to master organization using bill and routing interface and want to commonize the bill of materials to other organziations. So is there any api to commonize the bills ? or how can be commonize the bill to ohter organizations.
