Modal Page called Using Custom Url Returns Blank Page For One Data

in Oracle Application Express (MOSC) Question

We are supporting an Apex application that is trying to load a modal page using custom url calls. This modal page shows details of a delivery created using Oracle forms. However, for one particular delivery the modal page was coming up as blank. After analysing we found out that the custom url call was not getting any HTML response. Is there any way to check why there was no response back from the host server.

Following is a sample of the url getting called

http://&host_name:&port_no/apex/f?p=&app_id:&page_id:1&session_id::&debug_option:20,RIR:P20_DELIVERY_ID:24281884&cs=1z_dnkBie6YWMaFc1VqwjFKZOnqI&p_dialog_cs=s1jz25Hxzkf_JNRhru4jcJA-vQ4
