Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Planning to use GoldenGate for database migration, for key advantage close to zero downtime and different db versions.

my db source is on 11g and destination is 19c - can I still using GoldenGate for db migration?
understand from my application vendor there is possibility an oracle patch to be applied on the source (patch 17030189) - this patch apply to GoldenGate installed on source or the db on source?
what are the other considerations for 11g to 19c?
