Not able to unzip or extract contents of the SPB

When trying to extract SPB P34373563 . We are getting error message: The following invalid filename was encountered in the archive: "WLS_SPB_12.2.1.4.220711\binary_p...\WsTestCaller.Class"


The file will not appear in the main winzip window, but you may still be able to extract it by choosing "All Files" in the Extract dialog.

I tried using winzip and window explorer extract but continue to get the same error message on both. Is there some way I can extract this patch and install. I need this done asap.
