Add Non-binary gender option

Are there any updates to Oracle adding non-binary option for Oracle HR? I have reviewed Doc ID 2499557.1, but as we have employees in many different states, we are being asked to accommodate individuals selecting non-binary for gender and Mx for Title.

When can we expect Oracle to implement the functionality to allow this?
