How to debug DBMS_WORKLOAD_CAPTURE.START_CAPTURE

I tried to run DBMS_WORKLOAD_CAPTURE.START_CAPTURE as a test case on the test machine before running it on the production machine.

I need to find out its session id what the capture process impact on system but I can't figure out its session id and then can't analyze it.

I executed hanganalyze, systemstate dump and 10046 but it isn't help.

Please give me a tip for analyzing it.
