OMW issues on few fat client

Hello,

TR -9.2.5.6, AR-9.2, DB-Db2 as400.

Issue getting on omw -> Warning: Failed to load the image file:ObjectManagement -- object_management_workbench.htm

Workout - all setup as per the doc 986253.1 has been verified and found ok but few of the fat client is getting the issues.

Note- when DEP and Fat client windows login password is same then no issues but if we change the Fat client windows login password then issues appears.

Question - DEP and FAT client password have to same ? if not then Please help on this -
