Activity attachment printing work order type default

Dear @SSrini @Gilad K

1.My Clint is attaching a pdf document to activity and that is getting defaulted to work order when they are printing the work order they want the attachment to be printed along with work order

is there any standard way out

2.We have two EAM org and client wants to list out work order type listed out based on the org.they don’t want to see the all the work order type as defined

I am thinking of an personalisation any thoughts
