Collaborator User unable to view Project Directory

Has anyone else noticed that Collaborator Users are not able to view the Project Directory? The only documentation I could find was a line stating that Collaborator Users can only view BPs they have permissions to. It seems like the Project Directory is some pretty basic information that anyone on the project should be able to see. I see nowhere that you can specify access to this node. You have to add it to the Navigator but there are no Access Control settings associated with the node.

Let me know if you agree this is something Oracle should fix!
