The Close Discrete Jobs (WICDCL) concurrent request does not work in 12.2.10

Hi,

We just upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10. The Close Discrete Jobs (WICDCL) concurrent request does not close the job listed. No error messages are produced and appears to do nothing.

If we use the Close Discrete Form or the Discrete Jobs, Tools, Change Status functionality, we are able to close the job. I do not see any patches or bugs for this.
