1 active Parallel process
Running a 19.16 databases on Solaris Sparc64
All databases run many parallel queries, so the ora_P### processes are very active on all databases. But one such process, on one database only takes 10 times (at least) the CPU time of other processes, of any database. I know the database uptime is important for that statistic, but assume all databases have recently restarted, sort of. Not at exact exact time, but close enough. It's just a ballpark figure.
Actually, to be more precise; the process that has the issue, has 1750 CPU minutes of use being reported, and the database of that process , is up for 1 week. The process is ora_p003
