Is there an oracle-database-preinstall-19c rpm for OEL9 ? Can't find one

Hi,

I'm just about to starting installing Oracle 19 onto new OEL9 Linux server but I can only find the database preinstall rpm for OEL8. Does anyone know if the one for OEL9 is out yet, where it can be found and if not, can we just use the OEL8 one with no issues?
